Update
Progress has been slow lately but I have been doing some work behind the scenes; lining up an HVAC contractor, an electrician, and getting quotes for the kitchen. After the new year we should see some big changes. Most of the paint scraping is FINALLY done and we'll start framing in the powder room and master bedroom spaces. The rooms have been framed downstairs but there's lots of plumbing to do in the bathroom. I can't wait to see things cleaned up and coming together.

Well having helped with much of the demolition on this project and wondering if you were a little crazy I can finally see progress as we are heading the other direction finally But I must say I really have enjoyed working with you and your kids on this project Heidi. And I look forward to the continued progress. You have some wonderful ideas. Dave
For all of you following this renovation, Dave is basically my general contractor, carpenter, plumber, and all around information guru. He has been and continues to be invaluable!
